Delivery Terms:
Orders available in stock are delivered within 10 (Ten) business days by the contracted courier. Depending on the volume of orders at the time of special offers, there may be a delay in delivery.
 

Return Policy:
You must return the product within 14 days after you take delivery of the order. The return policy shall not apply to orders placed on our website. Any product to be returned must be undamaged in packaging, unused and free of any usage defect. Fast moving consume goods (scented sticks etc.) are not part of the return policy. Subscribed customers can select the product/products they'd like to return on the page ""My Account"" while non-subscribed customers can do so on the page ""Order Inquiry"" along with their justification.

Issued by the website during any return transaction, and sent in an SMS to the phone number registered on the website, the Return Tracking Code must be sent with the product/s to be returned to any Turkish Post office, Porland's contracted courier.

​A Return Tracking Code is applicable for 14 days, and the product to be returned must be delivered to us within that period of time. Once that time expires, another return tracking code must be acquired and submitted within the designated span of time."
